Clive & Lally have decoded the Zodiac Killer’s cipher Z-360, sent on November 8, 1969, revealing a connection to the Presidential election held on November 8, 1966, following the passage of the Voting Rights Act in 1965. The word “CODY” was a hint within the cipher, referring to Buffalo Bill Cody, who was notorious for skinning buffalo. Additionally, the name “William (Bill)” was hinted at in another Zodiac Killer cipher, Z13, which was sent on Hitler’s 81st birthday.
