Decoding the Zodiac Killer’s Cipher Z13: Unveiling the Hidden Message

Clive & Lally Investigations have made a groundbreaking discovery by decoding the infamous Zodiac Killer’s cipher Z13. This cipher, sent on April 20, 1970, which coincides with Hitler’s 81st birthday, has long puzzled investigators and cryptographers alike. Through meticulous analysis and verification with a separate incident, its secrets have been unravelled.

The key to deciphering Z13 lies in an anagram of the letters A E N K M N A M, which forms “KAMENMAN.” This term is a colloquial reference to the Kamenar people. To derive the name “William” from “KAMENMAN,” the investigator focused on the abbreviation “ILLI,” which is shorthand for Illinois. Thus, within the cipher Z13, the message is essentially “KAMENMAN (ILLINOIS).”

This discovery indicates that the Zodiac Killer was hinting at the name William, or Bill, drawing a parallel to Buffalo Bill Cody, infamous for his buffalo hunting exploits. This connection is further reinforced by another Zodiac Killer cipher, Z-360, which also hinted at “CODY.”

“Willo,” a playful nickname for William, adds another layer of intrigue to the Zodiac’s cryptic methods.

A significant piece of evidence that confirms our decoding is the tragic murder of Lisa Kamenar. Lisa was killed at the age of 18, shot from a distance of 18 inches, on October 8 (10/8). The perpetrator was sentenced to 18 years in prison. The multiple instances of the number 18 and the date 10/8 serve as a chilling reminder of the Zodiac Killer’s cipher sent on Hitler’s 81st birthday. The perpetrator used a .38 caliber gun to shoot, and the .38 was a clue in Cipher Z32.

Our successful decoding of cipher Z13 not only sheds light on web of clues but also brings us a step closer to understanding his motives and identity.
